**COVID-19 Update**
November 9th, 2021

I hope your week is going well and you are staying safe. As we enter flu season, we encourage everyone to become vaccinated for influenza and COVID-19. Booster doses have been approved for each of the available vaccines – Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson.

The Center is currently in an outbreak. We will provide notification of additional positive results by text message and email.

CDC City Community Transmission Level: Moderate
Testing: While in an outbreak, patients are tested every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result. Staff are tested twice per week due to the community transmission level.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff have received ongoing education on appropriate PPE utilization.
Visitation: Visitation is temporarily suspended for patients located on the Outlook Unit with the exception of compassionate care visits. To schedule a visit, click this link: https://riverview-rehab.com/patient-visitations/
