Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing today to share news that two more patients have tested positive for COVID-19.  All patients who have tested positive were located on the Outlook unit and have been relocated to the “hot unit” as appropriate.  We will continue outbreak testing until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.

Visitation and communal activities are temporarily suspended for patients on the Outlook Unit at the direction of the local epidemiologist.
