Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that an additional patient has tested positive today for COVID-19. We will continue outbreak testing for patients located on the Outlook Unit every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.  Staff members are tested twice weekly.

Visitation for patients located on the Outlook Unit remains temporarily suspended.
