Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 2 additional patients have tested positive for COVID-19 during outbreak testing. Both patients have been relocated to the “hot unit”, and we are continuing to monitor and test patients on the Outlook Unit until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.

Visitation for patients located on the Outlook Unit remains temporarily suspended during the current outbreak.
