Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 1 fully vaccinated patient has tested positive for COVID-19 as a result of a symptomatic presentation and subsequent testing performed at the Center.  The patient has been isolated and outbreak testing of all close contacts is underway in accordance with CDC guidelines.    I will keep you informed if additional positives are identified.
