The Center continues its efforts to decrease the risk of serious illness and hospitalization risks to our patients.

New Visitation Procedures Effective 9.30.22 Effective immediately, visitors are no longer required to stop at the kiosk/front desk area to answer COVID-19 screening questions. River View Health & Rehab Center has had previous COVID-19 outbreaks. With the initial two positive results being reported on July 27, 2020.

Beginning July 25, 2022, the Center will provide notification each day when there is a new positive result by posting it to our website only.
